- Assistant: Graduate. 6 weeks basic IT training course will be conducted by NITB
- Steno-typist: Inter + minimum speed of 40/80 w.p.m. in typing /shorthand respectively.
- Data Entry Operator: Bachelor 2nd class with computer science.
- Library Assistant: Bachelor 2nd class with library science subject.
- Upper Division Clerk: Intermediate. 03 weeks basic IT course will be conducted by NITB.
- Lower Division Clerk: Matric, minimum typing speed of 30 WPM. 03 weeks basic IT course will be conducted by NITB.
- Driver: Middle Pass with a valid driving license.
- Dispatch Rider: Middle with a valid driving license holder
- Notice server: Primary Pass
