• Applicants must be junior commissioned officers, soldiers, active-duty members of the civil armed forces, active-duty members of the MES (Army), and civilians.
• Students who have passed the seventh-grade exam or who will take it this year.
• The student must be between the ages of 12 and 14 on April 1, 2024. According to the rules, an age reduction of up to 90 days may be given.
