Eligibility Criteria for Overseas Employment Corporation Jobs 2023
- Female Nurses: Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Post RN (16 Years degree) with minimum 02 years post degree Experience in a relevant field.
- Radiologists: FCPS/Master Degree/MD in relevant Specialty. Specialist: a 01-year of experience.
- Pediatricians: FCPS/Master Degree/MD in relevant Specialty. Post FCPS or 03 Years Post-MD

Terms & Conditions for OEC Jobs 2023 for Bahrain
The following details of facilities which will be entitled to the employee are as under:
- All candidates will have to pass the Bahrain Prometric Examination in order to obtain the NHRA Licence.
- Period of Contract: 03 years for Nurses and 02 years for radiologists, pediatricians, and dermatologists.
- Provision of Accommodation: Sharing Accommodation for Nurses and 2 BHK Furnished flats will be provided for the Radiologist, Pediatrician, and Dermatologist.
- Probation Period: Three Month
- Working Hours: 08 Hours with 02 hours overtime.
- Air Tickets: One Economy class round ticket to the nearest International Airport in Pakistan.
- Medical Insurance: As per prevailing Bahrain labor law.
- Leave Benefits: 45 days of leave on completion of 18 months. Employees will be eligible for leaves twice during the contract period for Nurses and 30 Days of leave at the completion of 12 months for radiologists, pediatricians, and dermatologists.
- Overtime: As per Requirement.
- Salary transfer: Paid before the 5th of every month directly to the employee’s bank account.
- Working Days: Weekly one day off.
