- Final Medical Examination at CMB Lahore
- Interview by Second AHQ Special Selection Board
- Final Selection by AHQ in order of merit
- After the final selection candidates report to PAF Academy Risalpur for 24 weeks of basic training.
- After the successful training commission shall be granted as Flight Lieutenant and Squadron Leader in Medical Branch.
