Guidelines for SECCAP
- Applicants must have passed the SSC/Technical board/GCE (O-Level) or an examination with an equivalent standard.
- Students who have passed this examination within the last three years prior to 2023 are also eligible, with the proviso that 5 marks will be reduced for every year of gap in determining their merit.
- Students must pass English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, and four optional courses in order to pass the G.C.E (O Level) test.
- All Cambridge board students are required to obtain an equivalency certificate from I.B.C Islamabad.
- General and faculty/group or subject-specific requirements for admission to the Intermediate Level shall be in conformity with those established by the relevant Education Board for that level, faculty, or subject.
- If a student applies for admission one or more years after the deadline, he or she must provide an affidavit stating that he or she has never been admitted to any college and is taking advantage of the opportunity for admission for the first time.

- Students achieve high grades in technical education, O level, and equivalents.
- Students who took their most recent examination five years prior to 2023 are also eligible.
- The supply of supplemental results for awaiting applicants cannot facilitate admission prior than 2023.
- Students who have completed their SSCor O level or a comparable level in the Arts are ineligible for Science courses.
